LPD was established in 2014 and has served Metro Vancouver and surrounding cities, Kelowna, and Vancouver Island for 8 years. The founder Anthony An has a lot of single and multi-family Construction Management (CM) and General Contract (GC) experiences and gets involved in the CM and GC field for over 13 years since 2009. With the support of our management and construction team as well as the steady stream of customers, LPD has developed and built a number of single-family houses, townhouses, student condos and apartments all over Metro Vancouver and successfully entered and served Okanagan and Vancouver Island with price and quality advantages.

Louisan Pacific Developments family is familiar with construction or management of both wood and concrete structures of 6 or less levels condos and apartments. The 94 units condos project in Kelowna is one of the masterpieces that we completed with very good quality and literally reasonable budget recently. We know the importance of properly allocating budget and schedule and delivering to the developer and owner a well-constructed and cost-effective apartment.

Townhouse has been playing a very important role in the real estate market in Canada now and it has even become the best seller in the last a few years.
